DC charge stops after about 30 seconds with an "isolation fault". What does it mean?

Plugged into a 150 kW charger, the session started, the fans spun up, and then it stopped with an isolation fault on the screen. Tried twice, same result. The next charger on the same site worked fine. Is it my car or the charger?

Before energy flows the charger tests the cable and the car's high-voltage circuit for leakage. If the next unit on the same site works, the fault was most likely in that charger or its cable, often moisture in the plug. Worth reporting the unit to the network so they can test it.

That fits: it had been raining all afternoon and the holster was wet. Reported it in the app. Thanks!

If you ever see it on several different chargers, get the car checked. One-off on one unit is almost always the charger.
