Charger will not start, stops early, or charges slowly? Post the details and fix it together.
Include your car and software version, the charger or network, the connector, the exact error text, when it stopped (before payment, after payment, after a few seconds, mid-charge) and whether other chargers on the site worked.
Plugged into a 150 kW charger, the session started, the fans spun up, and then it stopped with an isolation fault on the screen. Tried twice, same result. The next charger on the same site worked fine. Is it my car or the charger?

Contactless payment goes through, the screen says "Preparing", then times out after a minute. Car shows the plug as connected. Happens on one network but not others.
