How charger and network ratings will work

Ratings come only from member reviews, one per member, and no score is shown until enough people have reviewed.

Charger and network reviews open with the beta. Before they do, here is how scores will be worked out, so you know what a number on Electric Drive Club means.

  • Only members can review, and each member gets one review per charger or network. You can update it later.
  • Every review scores five things: reliability, price fairness, app and payment, speed against what was advertised, and support.
  • No score is shown until at least five members have reviewed. Until then the page says so.
  • Reviews from verified owners will count for more once owner verification launches.

We will never sell a better rating, and partner content will always be labelled. If a maker or network wants to respond to reviews, they can do it in public, in the forum.
